I contacted Sylvania and they instructed me to send the bulbs in to them and they will take a look at the old ones and send me out some new ones to try! Yes, it Could be the bulb, but as in the case of most low mounted fogs, be careful not to SHAKE them dead. Like not going over Railroad tracks at 40 or avoiding potholes. My Dad doesn't get it why his bulbs have gone again...he doesn't slow for bad tracks. OK, the passenger side fog light lasted about 2 days. And I just noticed the headlights are two different "shades" of silver. Just watch what a cashier does during checkout...... Since halogen bulbs fail more easily due to vibration, could the abuse suffered prior to purchase be a contributing factor?....my $.02...
