Hey, I'm having MSDS headers installed while my subframe is dropped to change a clutch. My mechanic is pretty good, but he's unfamiliar with the MIL eliminators in the header kit.

Let me see if this is correct.

1. The upstream O2 sensors go back into the headers. Is this correct?

2. Do the downstream ones go back in and the MIL eliminators are fitted in-line, or are the downstream ones discarded?

Sounds like a dumb question, but I had the box with the headers drop-shipped to the mechanic and he's opening it up in the morning for the install.

If anyone can give me a simple install summary for an SVT, i'd be grateful.

Yes.

The MIL Eliminators go between the engine harness plug and the O2 sensor harness plug on each of the secondary O2 sensors.

Thanks. Once we got them out of the box and he eyeballed the fit, he was ok with them. I guess he didn't trust them to be a complete drop-in. Anyway, they should be in by Tuesday. Can't wait.
