Sorry this is a bit late, but thank you. Do you still live in Kunkletown or are you in Harrisburg permanently? I was an EMT full-time to work my way through college (sometimes 70 hours a week at Palmerton Ambulance when college was out) but I'm glad I'm down to part-time and volunteer status right now w/ Lehighton and Franklin Twsp's Quick Response Squad. I could never work the rest of my life as a full-time EMT. I guess it's not for everyone. It becomes somewhat "easy" to see people hurt when it's not someone you know or love, but when that time comes, EMT or not, you just plain "panic", in a sense.
