Ok guys, I have not heard form Nirish...I lost his number and for some reason (maybe my own bad) i got my e-mail set back.


I will gladly talk to my unlce if any of you would like to form a Lawsuit and begin to get the ball rolling. He is on a seperate case right now and possibly for the next month and a half, but if you guys are serious about getting you money back i can talk to him and see if he still can help (i told him about it months ago, but Nirish did not take the offer..so he couldn;t sit and wait)...But if he cannot take it, it is possible one of his associates might be able to.


I will talk to him tomorrow and see what he can do.

If anyone is serious, i reconmend you all get together, and bring as much infomation as you possibly can, so if he can help, then you guys come prepaired... I will talk to him soon.
