I'm not sure posting all this personal info is going to be beneficial if the case is ever litigated. It'll hurt those on CEG seeking reimbursement.

I am sending a message, those on CEG can do as they will with the above information. Lawyer and Police have been notified, the next steps are slowing evolving. This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as I am concerned. This info listed is nothing compared to the rest I have in my possesion..............
Right now $12,914.98 is unaccounted for as far as I am concerned, how much of that is yours............

I dont think there will be any legal trouble with posting the info. I saw a clip on the news about a guy posting info on undercover cops and where they lived and detailed info about their families and there is nothing they can do about it. So I wouldnt be afraid to post info on these two criminals if people can legally post info about undercover cops. I think I also saw it on a clip from TecTV today. Check their website if you want more info.

 okay, I accepted the fact that I'm never getting my kit a long time ago...but we all are gonna hafta start busting our asses and doing our part so we can at least get some money back. I can't afford to have this $800 out of my possession any longer. We all need to talk to our lawyers and track this guy down. Its been months since we've all started "legal action" and we haven't seen any sign of this [censored] being cleared up. I admit that I have been lazy and haven't done my part either. But we all need to take initiative and get our hard earned money back. Also, update everyone else in the group on your progress, we definitely gotta work together on this...

Well here is where we are at - Andy's acknowledges the fact they have taken over the GB and they in fact are going to make our kit for us. BUT they need a list from Chris, who probably doesnt have a list anyway and will wind up giving Andy's the same exact list that Nirish has sworn to be accurate. This list of Nirish's is good enough in a court of law, but not for Andy's Autosport, I guess they feel laws do not apply to them or this topic.
I have been in contact with a lawyer and things are progressing slowly I have to complete a summary of this situation with all the people involved (mainly Chris, Tony, Nirish and now Andy's) Once completed those involved will be receiving letters, finally if nothing comes of that, we will be transfered to a partnering law firm in CA where suit will be filed. This is long from over legally.
