I've passed three years in a row with gutted precats. It's still barely even registering on the system (I say this with an inspection due in May).
While I feel sorry for those that fall under the new rule...but I've been putting up with PA's emission crap for about 15 years now...(it's good to see others feel our pain
). I just don't understand why it needs to cost 50 smackers...
