Manslaughter is in the eyes of the law not John Doe's opinion. It may happen it may not, it is the victim's option to press charges if he feel's it necessary. And at what point does he say that he never told him to slow down. And perhaps he was too scared to say anything, the mind does not function the same in a situation like that. I was about to be in a car accident, I was a passenger, and I wanted to yell just before it happened, and nothing came out of my mouth. I just froze, and couldn't speak... We don't know enough about this to make a truly educated guess so let's stop speculating!?
