Even a short prison term ruins a whole life , and prison sucks ass , why you so freely sentence this man to such a thing is beyond me when you all do the same thing.
I hate to break it to you but I bet that salesman is more than likely to face attempted manslaughter charges. This is almost exactly the same situation that Danny Heatly (Atlanta Thrasher of the NHL) is facing after he crashed a car that had Dan Snyder, a teammate, in the passenger seat. The only difference being that luckily no one died in the SRT accident.
Just cause you drive over 100 mph doesn't mean its ok. If any one of us did so and hurt/killed a passenger we'd face the same charges. "Everyone does it" doesn't mean sh*t.
