How come everyone is talking about the Salesman like hes a murderer/rapist? How many of you drive over 100mph , why is the salesman any different? For fucksake from what I read the guy isnt even permanently hurt. He should get a healthy settlement and the salesman should recieve traffic related penalties , but attempted manslaughter? Youve got to be [censored] joking.
Even a short prison term ruins a whole life , and prison sucks ass , why you so freely sentence this man to such a thing is beyond me when you all do the same thing.
