I like animals. The solution to that problem would be for people to stop breeding their dogs and cats. They would need to have their pet spaded or neutered like Bob Barker says. Some people don't have good sense and breed animals because they enjoy it. There are people where I live that brag about how many puppies their dog has had. They always have free puppies to give away and they see nothing wrong with that. There is no law against it. I have my pets spayed or neutered because I don't want to be a part of the problem. I think PETA is good. They make people aware of the problem and are trying to find a solution.
