DanB_dup1 CEG\'er D Joined: Dec 2000 Posts: 429 Tampa, FL, USA	You may not be burning oil, but rather leaking it. Mine Has numerous drips lately form the oil pan gasket and maybe then drain plug. Don't worry about the oil being dark, that's more or less normal especially after 5k miles. Dan B. 96 SE 2.5 auto
