Make your own call on oil change interval solely based on "your own" results from Blackstone.


Folks may think spending $18 to have your oil analyzed is silly or not worth it but they could NOT be further from the truth.

All it takes is for them to recommend you extend your interval 2 months/2-3k miles and you save $40 a year in oil change supplies. (or ~$22 net savings a year)

The other end of that is they recommend your to shorten your interval because the oil is expended (unlikely) or the oil has lost it's flashpoint and is high in acidic contaminants (VERY common)
That $18 advice could save you an engine... BIG $$$


On top of all that you get complete details on the wear materials and condition of your engine as well.
