The updated rear calipers have big honker helper springs that serve to ensure the e-brake disengages. The springs can be added as a retrofit.
Mine froze last week - temp was around zero for as couple of days. Works fine now that it's up(?) in the 20's.
Gonna get cold again by Wednesday and it'll probably freeze up again.
Is it Spring yet?
