well, my car was outside in in almost 0 degree weather for a night and when I came out in the morning everything was fine, the E-brake handle went down, but as I began to back up I noticed that the rear brakes were definetly still engaged. I got out of the driveway and thought that maybe they just needed to be loosened but after 5 minutes of driving , the same old stuff, now its been 3 days and everyonce and awhile the rear brakes still stick, but again the E-brake handle is going down and up all the way. Please help.
