dude. ford service blows. the last time i took my car to a ford dealership, they left my car outside. with the windows all open. it then proceded to rain very hard. i was so [censored] pissed off. they steam cleaned my whole car though (or whatever it is they do) so it ended up looking better than before...but still, what a joke.
