Michigan roads are kinda stupid. The miles roads go past 26 I'm almost positive. My ex-gf lived just off 26 mile. It's more or less just because most of thecities are too lazy to actually name the roads. Troy, where I live, has another name for 16 mile. So do the cities to the west and to the east, and to the east of that and I think theres another one. So "16 mile" actually has at least 4 different names. It's just easier for everyone in the South-East Michigan area to get around when you say something is on or off a mile road. Once you get down into the single digits, you're in detroit. The further you go, the more "downtown" you are. I think, if there actually was a 1 mile, it would be the street just before the bridge or tunnel to Canada. As for the cars pictured in this thread, they're all over Oakland University. DCX HQ is 1/4 mile away from my school so I see cars with those covers driving around all the time. It was cool at first, but eventually you stop even noticing them because it's just as common as any other car.
