YES, put them in both high and low. The 9005's have slightly more wattage and they dont have the little shield on the top of the bulb which = more light. Propably some glare for your oncoming car, but noone has said they've been flashed because of it so it probably is negligable.
You need to file the rib of the 9005 and it will fit in the low beam.
