Cool installation. I was thinking about doing the same thing, since my head is basically at the B-pillar when I'm driving.

I would be concerned that all you would hear would be the left tweeter, since you're so close to it compared to the right. Is that not the case?

Also, those tweeters look big. What are they?

Avoid that location at all costs. It would have nothing but negative effects, unless you consider overpowering treble with terrible soundstage and pathetic imaging a good thing. Placing a tweeter there offers nothing but "it looks cool" to some novice or someone not interesting in anything but loud.
