After an another-coat-of-paint-we-woulda-hit-sideswipe-in-an-extreme-downpour-at-night incident on a local freeway, I was told (by my passengers) that my ride is very difficult to see from the side because the color (cabernet red; looks like burgundy) seems to absorb light even tho the vehicle lighting was operating correctly. I've never encountered this before & wondered if any other "cabernet red" owners have been told/noticed this....Tnx for any replies in advance... At the time of this incident, it was raining hard enough to "glare out" lane markers altho I could see other dark colored vehicles. Around this neck of the woods, drivers not paying attention seems to be the norm.....I wonder if the side running light mod would help...
