That is the hose that goes to the IAC. Look at the picture again. Just past the flying saucer lookin' EGR valve you will see a bolt in the Upper Intake Manifold. That is the upper bolt that holds the IAC valve in place. You can see the silver cylinder with the wires plugged into it right above where the guy is pointing, that is the body of the IAC.
