Believe it or not, laser jammers are legal under FEDERAL law. Laser guns aren't regulated by the FCC, which bans jamming, but by the FDA, which has no jamming regulations!

Yes. Since a laser isn't a radio wave, it's not considered controlled by the FCC, so they put it under FDA jurisdiction, don't ask me why!
