no - I havnt - but is it worth the money to you - thats what you have to decide.

For me a glass repro of a cobra would not be because i could get an alum one.

just watched it too.
I think the car looks awesome.
I like the details and thought that went into it.
Carroll seemed to like it quite a bit too.
Was awesome to see that old sucker ripping it up on the track!

also awesome about the show was seeing the very first cobra.

I think the car will have to grow on most of us given our high opinions of the old cobra. Either way, I doubt many (if any) of us will own one if it comes with as heavy of a price tag as the new Ford GT

Not if its twice as expensive
If its comparably priced id much rather drive that than a viper. Of course id much rather drive a gt. Im not a big fan of convertables

Maybe rich people once drove contours but that would be an event of the past

I also watched the show on TLC "RIDES" and it changed my opinion from to I think Carroll liked it too...especially when he was doing doughnuts on the track That was truly awesome! He said it may be his last and he seemed very proud of the car. There was some pretty cool scenes when they drove it around with no body...looked like one bad a$$ go-kart. Look for reruns of the show late this week. Live footage really helps the car over pic's.
