Sad SAD SAD; shameless ploy by the man in the black hat to drum up more money to fight the people who made his cars famous!
Its not bad up front - the side is absolutly hideous and the back end is just stupid-
what a waste of time and complete soiling of the Cobra moniker.

Not bad looking, but I would rather have an original Cobra.

I don't believe this is true. This is a Ford project, with Shelby being involved as a consultant, not the other way around.
Granted, I do think Carrol's actions towards the replica community in recent years has been reprehensible; but I don't see this as a similar front in that direction.
I do think this car is a fine step forward in Ford's attempt to renew excitement in it's camp; and the specs on this car can hardly be ignored, especially considering that it really isn't far off at all from being production feasible (as opposed to most concepts, even the new GT when it was first shown). It touts 605hp from the 4V V10, and weighs in at less than 3100lbs and re-uses a large number of GT parts.
Think about it, its almost 300lbs lighter than a Viper, with an additional 100hp. I say bring it, and bring it fast.

Freakin sweet! I don't really like the dead on side shot because the rear looks a tad portly. I'd still buy one though!
