That's a very nice amp and probably the only one (Blaupunkt PA series) that will fit in the stock location and not overheat. I wouldn't hesitate to get it.
The components are fine, not outstanding, but a big improvement over stock with an amp pushing them. As far as power handling, just turn down the gains on the amp to compensate. No biggie.
I installed some Blau components (similar to these) in my little sister's car. They sounded better than I expected. The tweet was a little bright for my own personal tastes, but she loves 'em.
