Could maybe be a bad IAC? Is it idling at normal idle speed (750RPM or so)? If you give it some gas does it run OK?

IAC was replaced by dealer 2 months ago, it runs ok once you drive it down the block the idle seems about right but is rough on first start though even when not cold it idles at about 1000 rpm for a good 60 seconds , didnt do that before ?? heres what ive done , new fuel filter , plugs wires , cleaned maf , new precats , new pcv valve , air filter new IAC 2 months ago and water pump and thermostat , if i reset the computer on first start after that its real bad till you drive it a bit more so then any other time very odd im at my end of solutions...

Does it only do this on a COLD start (ie, engine has been sitting for long enough to be at outside temperature) or does it do it on a warm and a cold start?
Thats what my deal was a few months ago, I replaced the Engine Coolant Temperature ( well actually I had help with it to), anyway the thing starts up fine for me now.
It is really easy if you a Zetec to replace ( 15 minutes), I dont know about a Duratec though. It only cost $18 at NAPA, try it once see if it fixes the problem.
