The Taurus is low-tech when it comes to ammenities, we have the '02 SEL wagon with all the goodies Ford has to offer. The leather on the seat seems to be lower grade, the Mach radio system and the auto climate control have both had problems. Both father and father in-law have Impala and Camry, respectivley, have nicer, better working stuff. I am not a Ford customer as much as I am a McRee Ford Dealer customer. They are minutes from our house, free loaner car for service, very good service department, excellent customer service, and the sales guy there is very nice to work with. If Ford does not come up with a product I will be willing to buy in the next couple of years or so, I will be looking at other products over the convenience of the local Ford dealer perks.

no offence but that cobalt is defintly gonna haul ass compared to most contours on here. the power to weight ratio.. is gonna seriously kick ass!

Nice to see them with some new, exciting products. That Cobalt looks like its going to have alot going for it, S/C'd engine, 6 speed, suspension upgrades and 15-18" wheel options, nice Also the new Pontiac G6 with its 6 speed MTX and 3.9L w/ 250-260 hp is going to something else to look at. Looks like the future is getting brighter for GM!
