Mine actually does it almost exclusively at idle or close to it, which made me of course think IAC. But replaced that and tried the fixes on here and didn't help. Plus it only happens when I turn the wheel either way. Does it for 1-5 seconds and then goes away.

Happens alot when I'm rolling out of a driveway and turn the wheel.

But yea let me know if this fixes your problem then I will definitely give that a try.
