I have an upgraded sway bar on my 98 SVT and of course it has busted out of its bracket on one side. Does anyone know of a compitent shop in the area that can re-enforce the bracket or do whatever it takes to fix this?

Okay, are you living in SLO or San Jose? There is a good shop in Gilroy.. "Gilroy Car Care" that can handle any kind of car problem.. but shop rates are $80 per hour.

same thing happend to me. I went to "magnum force racing" in south san jose off of camden ave. they took real good care of me and it cost about $180. after that was fixed though, now i have to keep replacing the metal "U" brackets.

Same here... 21mm broke the bracket.
Speed Merchant in SJ. Be sure they weld both sides in, so you wont have to go back.

to be honest, i'm tired of replacing those u brackets, so i'm going back to the stock rear sway bar. IMO, the performance gain wasn't worth it...
