That's got to be a spoof.
Ford does some wacky stuff, but putting money towards developing that rolling turd (which is unsuccessfully trying to disguise itself as a wheeled flamingo) is simply insane...
...still, it's a hell of a lot better-looking than the Plastiac A$$tek, which somehow DID make it into production.
