I was searching but I didn't find about this setup. I want to upgrade my suspension with Eibach and Koni but I don't have all the money now, so I was thinking if its possible to upgrade only the front and have the rear stock, and maybe one year later do the rear too?

Wait and do it all at once. Your car will be safer to drive in the meantime, and you'll appreciate it more once it's done.

Just stockpile the parts as you can afford them, and put them all on together once you have everything.

you could do that but in the end you're either doing twice the work or paying twice the price

so ask yourself, are you really in THAT big of a hurry to put em on?

Go ahead and swap the fronts only if you want to, I have run it for a few days because i was swapping suspensions on two tours at once, not the best thing to do, but it works.
