Anyone know if any aftermarket company makes a good engine management system that can run off a laptop for the 'Tour? I know of some for other cars, they can use the laptop for that Superchip type upgrade, then unplug it and retain stock ECU settings. I am only interested because of the infinite amount of tweaks you could make. (Instead of the one burn for a Superchip or Diablo)

Yes the TwEECer is the only thing offered but it can only be used for the XGT1 computers that were implemented in the 2000 models which are returnless cars. Some guys have hacked an Emanage to work as well. See warmonger for details.

Good Luck!
You have a 98 and I have a 99. The Tweecer doesn't support anything else! I use the GReddy eManage and it works pretty good and can give you some tunability depending on what you are trying to do. THe timing control section of it won't work on our cars without extensive additional controls that are costly. Everything else on it works quite well though.

Be prepared to pay through the nose! However, you retain the EEC-V http://www.superchipscustom.com
