So, judging from everything that I've heard here about my clutch pedal, i'm going to need a new brake master cylinder soon. Does anyone out there have an idea about the pricing of one of those items. And how about the cost of getting it installed?
Has anyone changed one themselves?

General Idea of the cost of the part would be:

$163.40 with ABS
$208.13 without ABS

Prices from http://www.fordpartsonline.com/

Sounds high to me, but just quoting what they got.

General idea of what is involved in the replacement:

Not really sure of what it would cost to replace from a mechanic, but I would say it shouldn't take more than an hour to do. Just a guess.
