I would go with the 12.2" set from TCE myself.
Much better setup, lighter weight by a significant amount, and more than adequate braking force to over power the tires.
What use are huge brakes if the tires can not handle past a certain limit???
It's not like you will be doing 40 hot laps (I.E. fade) at your local road course 24/7. (now if you are then I am EXTREMELY jealous and get the 13's
)
As for the "actual" question...
I personally would pick the 12" BAER over the 13" because of the weight savings vs the extra fade resistance during repetitive track braking.
