one day up at the track, there was some guy with a rabbit running mid-low 13s
i got a chance to talk to him, he had some random motor built from various VW engines, it spewed out oil from 1 spot, he ahd a plastic bottle rigged to catch it, after runs he would sump the bottle back in the engine
but the impressive thing was, he made his own turbo kit for it, HORRIBLY ghetto, but yes, it worked pretty good.
i believe he said he was running like 16 or 18 lbs of boost
to top it off, the body was in horrible shape, full of rust, tons of dents, etc
it also had a homemade roll cage
talk about a sleeper!
