When the clutch was installed the installer could've replaced your throw-out bearing with the one for the Zetec. If this is the case the clutch is not fully disengaging. You might be able to hear the throw-out bearing if you put your head next to the drivers side wheel. It'll sound almost like a knocking rod. If you know they installed the correct throw-out bearing, then it could possibly be internal. To troubleshoot, drain your tranny fluid, and replace. If that didn't help, sounds like you need to just live with it for now, unless you have +1100 bucks in your pocket for a rebuild (I'd suggest Terry Haines).
