p0174 and p0430 are not related. expect to find a vacuum leak or low fuel pressure causing the p0174. It may not be just on bank 2 also - there could be a "pending" code p0171 that aftermarket scanners aren't capable of reading. As for the p0430, they do not indicate a sensor problem. p0420 and p0430 are set by comparing the switch ratio between the front and rear sensors. When the rear switch rate reaches 75% of the front switch rate on two consecutive drive cycles teh light is set. Which catalytic convertor was replaced?
