Precision Power's web site. Go to the "Technical" page and select the "Powerclass Amplifiers" section. The PC450 is the 1998 equivalent of the 2000 PC4200 at 4x50 watts.
I bet you can find rave reviews of PPI's Power Class amps anywhere... I'm selling this one because I scored a matched set of Phoenix Gold XS amps for my own system.
This amp has been painted but the bottom cover has never been removed. Here's a pic of the amp during the painting process:
