Anyone know where I can find directions on taking apart my headlights so I can clean out the moisture. Post '98.

Don't take them apart. You'll end up with the same leakage problem as most have experienced with taking them apart.

You obviously have some kind of leaking in your lights.
Take them off the car.
Fill one with water and try to figure out where it's leaking from.
Set them in the sun without bulbs in.
Use some silicone or aquarium sealant to seal the area that's leaking.
Let sealant dry.
Once they are dry, consider swirling some alcohol inside to "clean" them.
The alcohol should ry fairly quickly.

Use the Dremel, only, ONLY, if you are wanting to paint the inside chrome. Otherwise, listen to PETE.
