Well Mike the upgrade to a MTX is worth it alone. As far as the low miles on your car, didn't you say it sat for a long while? If so, thats good for the amount of miles it DOESN'T have, but it does have a new engine in it though. I guess it comes down to a couple things like are you happy with your car, how bad do you want that MTX, how does the car perform on the test drive, does it have any maintence records on it, the cost of the extended warrenty and whos doing the work when/if it needs it? Alot of questions for sure, but its a big move, no doubt about it. BTW, what color is the car and wheres it at?
