I say jump on it. Warranty untill 75k is good IMO. I could see if you had a ton of mods on your SE, but from what I remember its pretty much stock. I would trade my SE with all the stuff I have done to it for a SVT with 38,XXX on it anyday...

Yes.
Once you get used to it, you'll start pushing the clutch in only halfway for extremely snappy shifts
If you think the car has been taken care of I'd go for it. MTX alone is worth the change, plus the other niceties about the SVT car.
Keep an eye on the trans though. If you can get it fixed under warranty that will extend it's life. However you'll need to have the uprated forks/syncros and a quaife installed to make it truly "bulletproof".
Otherwise you shouldn't have too many problems if the car is maintained and driven properly.
