I was looking at getting rid of my Contour and replacing it with a 99 CSVT with about 38K on it. The only issue that I have is the mileage, granted it's not alot, but my car only has about 18k. Anyway I figured I'd get some other opinions before I went and made a decision.

Getting rid of that ATX is the step in the right direction.

I figured.......I think I am going to test drive it and see whats up with it, if I can get it for a decent price and its pretty well taken care of then who knows.
Was just kinda antsy about purchasing a car with 20k more than what I currently drive.

No warranty, but I would purchase one. The trans was one of the things that I was worried about....at least with the one that I have now I got it at 4800 miles.

Your car only has 18,000 miles...there aren't many cars that are 4 years old w/ that low of mileage...check mine for instance...I'm about to roll 67,000. And you'd still be picking up a decent mileaged car for its age...still way under mine, and my Contour runs EXCELLENT. I say definitely check it out, if it runs well and the price fits...seriously consider it.
Good luck!
