so i wanna get my friend a new fragrance for xmas. i got her aqua de gio last year or the year before and she really liked it. any suggestions. i'm gonna go to perfumania and department stores and smell a bunch of them. she's 26. so no old lady scents. she loves obsession (on men) and i was thinking of the female version for her.

My favorites that my wife uses are Escape, Eternity, Beautiful, and Tommy Girl. And I don't like old lady fragrances either.

Issey Miyake, smells unbelievable (guys and girls) coolwater is also very nice, if you want to get rediculous you could always go with versace or Dolce & Gabbana type stuff. But seriously, Issey Miyake is great.

I used to work at a fragrance company, and I'd say by her other selections that Contradiction from CK, Issey Miyake, or Happy from Clinique would be your best bets.

Can't go wrong with Gio, stuff rocks.
My other all time fav was Arden's Sunflowers. Absolutely love that stuff. Drives me insane.
