Even if you don't beat his ET, your trap speed should be over 100 no problem. If your trap speed is faster than his, he should "recognize" the 'tour.

Good luck!

I don't see anywhere that he said LS1?? You realize that there was an SS Camaro with an LT1 right? They run about a 13.6-7 stock.

Yeah, the LT1 is an older itteration. I assumed LS1 ust due to the sheer amount of them on the road...

Here is my attempt at a thread hijack.....

My brother-in-law, my best friend and I all went surfing today. On our way to the beach we crossed through a little upscale town(small, yet very prestigious). Upon arriving at a red light I noticed what I thought was an F-40, but my buddy Jason is a huge F-1/Ferrari enthusiast and set me straight that it was an F-50. As the light turned red the car in front of him turned right onto US-1, and just so happened to be an ENZO! These guys rolled onto the 35mph(in this section of town)street and decided to see what the cars did against each other! The Enzo OWNED! They then made a u-turn as we gave chase in my company car(Chrysler Town & Country), they got on it again from a roll, and quickly approached a 3 lane red light. I was in the middle lane between the 2 of them(To bad I wasn't in the Tour as I'd love to lefted by these 2 superexotics! The light turned and the guy in the Enzo had a little launching difficulty, but quickly made up his ground on the F-50.

Now I don't know if the guy in the F-50 couldn't drive but the Enzo deffinitely "appeared" to be much quicker. Jason said he recognized the Enzo driver as someone from the IRL.

Down here in south Florida we see our fair share of exotics, although most are driving regularly or just parked in a lot. To see 2 guys that didn't know each other previous to this encounter(they were acting as they were strangers), one in an F-50 and the other in an Enzo(not registered, no tag on the vehicle)putting these cars to the test on city streets was a sight that I may never see once again!!!

Needless to say I had a great day!

How cool would it have been to be in my Tour which has a turbo therefore it can get out of it's own way, to roll in between these guys and to get left by them.....maybe even hang for a split second...

Equal driving skill he would take you because of the launching, imo.

OH, did someone say something about racing an LS1? I accept any challenges, supercharged, turbocharged, supra...whatever you like!
