I removed the vinyl top, added the 400 RamAir hood, front and rear spoiler, got the body perfect and had it painted. Later new wheels, exhaust, street/strip 350 turbo trans with semi-manual valve body and Fairbanks 2800 stall converter and Hurst Dual Gate His/Hers shifter. The 350 V8 was later replaced with a balanced and blueprinted '70 Chevy 454 LS6 big block V8 pushing 650HP. Rear differential was replaced with a Z28 12 bolt rear, Morroso Brute Strength Posi unit with Zoom 4:11 gears and ladder bar suspension along with a whole mess of other stuff.
I fell asleep at the wheel one night and wrecked the car. Nearly totaled it but rebuilt it better then the 1st time with a lot more show to go with the Go! Got married, had 3 kids and sold the car

I would have sold the wife
Believe me it was a consideration...19 years later I would definitely keep the car Then find a woman that likes cars too
