The bolsters on my 95 are HUGE! I love em, it gives a lot of support.

Port and polish the heads, and throw on a set of MSDS with an induction kit, and you should easily see 20hp.
Mine has those mods, plus a twin exit exhuast, and cat-bypass pipe, and I am running 35+hp over the stock 168hp.
The p&p heads are costly though, I only did it cause my head gasket went, if you wanted a cheaper 20ish hp, I would stick to the msds, cat by-pass/induction kit/free flowing exhaust.
