No...it isn't with the rotation with the tire...sounds like something more front end...but is isn't a moan...it only does this sound when I am just driving straight...no sounds when I turn...and I notice it more when I have been driving around a lot....maybe its just me....
sorry I can't be more specific on the sound....that's the best way I can describe it....
