put the spare on and see if the noise goes away.. it is possible that one of the bands in the tire broke or is pulling and it is waht it called a BALL or EGG in the tire and sometimes you cant see it, even after taking the tire off the car... i had one where the band was inside the tire doing this and it made a noise...
