Off the head, as you don't need super-dooper oil pressure for the turbo. Actually, most factory turbocharged cars pull oil from the head feed too.

Nonetheless, even if the head is were the oil is pulled from for the turbo. It's not were you should be measuring oil pressure.

Oil pressure is measured to ensure the mains are getting ebnough oil as they are the largest and most important bearing of the entire engine.
