My apologies, it is a Sony Xplode CDX-L550x. I could understand it reducing power after long periods of play but mine does it after about 5 min. It also only does this on FM mode not AM or playing a CD which is what really has me confused. Is there a seperate FM antenna/cable going into the HU? Is there something I should look for behind the HU and/or the antenna connections? Any other ideas?
