I drive a '99 CSVT produced in August of 99 (so I think, anyway). I referenced TSB 97-22-3 on the moosing issue (as my car has fallen victim to it) and found that the updated hose is the same as what I already have. Moosing is becoming a frequent occasion (ie once per 5-10 min stop & go drive), especially with the temperature dropping. It's running the stock SVT air intake. Is this a bad IAC valve issue? Should I perform the throttle hang fix? Is it best to deal with this by performing the notorious 'baseball bat' fix?
